1. No Smoking

3. Check-in time is 3PM to 10PM(1)
4. Check-out time is 10AM(1)
5. Rooms are guarenteed but must be canceled no later than one week prior to the reservation date.
   If the room cannot be rented, 50% of one night's accomodations will be charged to your credit card. If we CAN rent the room, then there will be a $15.00 fee to cover credit card charges.
