Rooms & Rates
All guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor with a private staircase,
each with access to a large common room. This room includes a lovely sitting
area containing games, puzzles and hundreds of books to read, as well as a
convenience area with a microwave oven, and a refrigerator stocked with
complimentary soda, bottled water, snacks and other beverages. All guest
rooms are in a separate wing from the innkeepers, to make your stay as private
and comfortable as possible. All rooms are furnished with a CD player -bring your
own music to relax to or borrow one of our selections. A wireless laptop is available
for those who cannot get too far from their e-mails.

Stargazer
This is the largest of the guest rooms. It has a private bath with shower,
decorated with a charming sunflower decor, and a unique oval window said to
be one of the oldest in the town. It has a private balcony perfect for "stargazing"
in the evening, or watching the sunrise with your morning coffee. Includes a
separate sitting room with a futon for an additional guest. This suite is
decorated in a "French Country" flair, and is air conditioned with a queen size bed.
Rate: $145.00 - $160.00 (if futon required for extra guest) per night

Our Policies
Rose Room
This Octagon room is the most romantic setting in the house. Beautiful antique
rose wallpaper in the main room, and the separate sitting room. Recently
remodeled private bathroom offers a shower, and a "soaking tub" for sheer
relaxation. Appointed with a true Victorian warmth and furnished with antiques,
it sets the stage for the perfect romantic get-away. It is air conditioned and
has a queen size bed.

Our Policies
Livi's Garden Room
Truly, a very charming and "soothing" room. Once you enter, you feel
as if you've walked into a garden. It overlooks the formal gardens and
paths, and is decorated with an eclectic mix of country and garden decor.
Sit down and look out from the window seats, and take a step into our
"friendship garden". It has a newly remodeled private bath with tiled
shower. It is air conditioned and has a queen size bed. Adjacent to this
lovely room is a library/TV room equipped with TV, DVD and VCR and library
of videos for your pleasure.
